How to Access Your Raw DNA Data From Living DNA

1 Sign in to your Living DNA account

Click on your account image in the top right corner. In the blue menu bar on the left, select the “Profile” tab.

2 Click on the download option

Locate the DNA test results you wish to download and then click the download icon next to it in Living DNA to continue downloading your raw data.

3 A new page with some privacy and consent information will pop up.

When you are finished reading the page, click the box next to the consent statement. Below, you’ll see download choices for your DNA raw data. When you click the test, the file will begin downloading to your device.
